The post chorus is slightly different the first and second time:
first time is just a Bb7, and also it plays the 9 and 11 (C, Eb)
the second time it starts on a Bb6 or Gm7/Bb idea, then it does the same
idea from the first post chorus (Bb7)
On the main verse, I like to play the C as a Cadd9
